The SECURE Summit will take place on March 6th, 2025, in Brussels, Belgium, at the YERUN – Young European Research Universities Network (Rue du Trône 62, 1050 Ixelles), bringing together researchers, policymakers, and research institutions to discuss sustainable research career pathways in Europe. This is a hybrid event and online participation is also available.
The Summit will showcase key findings about Research Career Framework (RCF), Tenure Track-Like (TTL) models and SECURE project’s trials, providing insights into how different approaches can improve career stability and progression for researchers. Through expert discussions, institutional perspectives, and policy recommendations, we will explore ways to support research talent and enhance career opportunities across Europe.
