The DocTalent4EU consortium invites you to the project’s final conference, Empowering Doctoral Careers, taking place on March 5, 2025, at Fondation Universitaire in Brussels, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Over the past few years, the DocTalent4EU project has explored new ways to support doctoral talent, from strengthening transversal skills to recognizing the value of digital credentials. This final conference will bring together policymakers, university leaders, industry professionals, and PhD candidates to reflect on key achievements and future directions.
The event will feature:

The following day, March 6, the final SECURE Summit will take place in Brussels, bringing together key stakeholders from academia, policy, and industry to discuss ways to enhance research careers across Europe. Participants will have the opportunity to exchange experiences and explore the project’s key recommendations.
